Promote or Demote a Member
Changing a member's role and what they can access.
- Navigate to Settings and select the Organisation tab.
- Find the member in the Organisation Members section.
- Hover over them and select the Manage button that appears.
Promotions
Organisation Manager
Only Base Users can be promoted to Organisation Manager. From the Manage menu, choose Promote to Manager.
Organisation Owner
Only Organisation Managers can be promoted to Organisation Owner. From the Manage menu, choose Promote to Owner. Multiple Organisation Owners can exist at once, but once someone is promoted to this role they cannot be demoted and will hold full shared ownership of the organisation.
Demotions
Base User
Only Organisation Managers can be demoted to Base User. From the Manage menu, choose Demote to Base User.
