Deploy
Releasing a phase so testers can begin.
Open the phase to reach the Manage Testing Phase page, then select the Deploy Testing Phase button beneath the phase's name.
If a phase is deployed before the start of its Testing Window (set under the General tab), testers aren't notified and can't begin testing until the window's start date and time.
