Email Notifications
Choosing which CheckMate emails you receive.
CheckMate emails you when something needs your attention. Choose which emails you get in Settings, under Email Notifications. Changes save as soon as you make them.
All email notifications turns every email below on or off at once.
As a tester
- Phase updates— when a phase you're testing is activated, gets new test cases, is redeployed or is completed, and when you're added to an active phase.
- Daily reminders — a daily nudge while you still have testing left to finish.
- Due-soon reminders— a reminder 3 hours before a phase is due, if you haven't finished.
As a project manager
- Test failures — when a tester fails or blocks a test in a project you manage. You get one email for the first failure and one for the first block in each round, not one for every result.
- Completion updates — when a tester finishes their testing, and when everyone has finished.
- Overdue alerts — when a phase passes its due date with testing still incomplete.
